Analisi Faktor-Faktor Yang Menyebabkan Kematian Pasien Covid-19 Di Ruangan Pinere Rumah Sakit Arifin Achamd Riau

ABSTRAK Peningkatan kasus covid-19 setiap hari menunjukkan angka yang sangat signifikan, penyebab kematian Covid-19 sendiri disebabkan oleh beberapa hal salah satunya adalah penyakit komorbid dan kondisi fisik dari pasien itu sendiri. Hal ini didukung dengan tingginya kasus kematian covid-19 sebanyak 150.423 di Provinsi Riau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kematian pasien covid-19. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kohort retrospektif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar ceklis pasien dengan Covid-19. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji univariat untuk melihat frekuensi dari masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Sebanyak 16 responden (33,3%) memiliki penyakit komorbid hipertensi, sedangkan asma merupakan komorbid yang paling sedikit pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 5 responden (10,4%). Rekomendasi penelitian ini untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan yang berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor lain yang berkaitan dengan kematian pasien Covid -19.

ABSTRACT The increase in covid-19 cases every day shows a very significant number, the cause of death of Covid-19 itself is caused by several things, one of which is comorbid diseases and the physical condition of the patients themselves. This is supported by the high number of covid-19 deaths of 150,423 in Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that caused the death of covid19 patients. Quantitative research with retrospective cohort research design. . The sample in this study was 48 respondents. The research instrument used in this study was a checklist sheet for patients with Covid-19. The test used in this study is a univariate test to see the frequency of each variable. The results showed that as many as 16 respondents (33.3%) had comorbid hypertension, while asthma was the least comorbid in this study, namely 5 respondents (10.4%). The recommendation of this study is to conduct further research related to other factors related to the death of Covid-19 patients.
