Abstract
Program Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) merupakan salah satu implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa sesuai kebutuhan dunia industri. Salah satu program yang diselenggarakan adalah bidang Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) oleh PT Agritama Sinergi Inovasi (AGAVI). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama program Studi Independen dengan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning) melalui penyelesaian weekly challenge, report project, dan capstone project. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi dokumentasi dan penyusunan berbagai dokumen sistem manajemen QHSE berdasarkan standar ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 31000, serta peraturan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang berlaku. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menyusun berbagai dokumen QHSE, seperti HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), prosedur kerja aman, investigasi kecelakaan kerja, sistem tanggap darurat, serta dokumen integrasi sistem manajemen. Program ini memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kompetensi peserta dalam menerapkan sistem manajemen QHSE sesuai kebutuhan dunia industri. Dengan demikian, Program Studi Independen Bersertifikat memberikan kontribusi dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi dan kesiapan kerja di bidang QHSE.
The Certified Independent Study Program (MSIB) is one of the implementations of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, which aims to improve students’ competencies in accordance with industry needs. One of the programs offered is in the field of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), organized by PT Agritama Sinergi Inovasi (AGAVI). The program was carried out as part of the Independent Study Program using a project-based learning approach through weekly challenges, report projects, and a capstone project. The methods used included document review and the preparation of various QHSE management system documents based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 31000, and applicable occupational health and safety regulations. The results showed that participants were able to develop various QHSE documents, including Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), safe work procedures, accident investigation reports, emergency response systems, and integrated management system documents. This program provided a learning experience that improved participants’ knowledge, skills, and competencies in implementing QHSE management systems according to industry needs. Thus, the Certified Independent Study Program contributes to preparing graduates with the competencies and work readiness required in the QHSE field.
