Analisis Kepatuhan Dalam Pencegahan Dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) Pada Mahasiswa Praktik Klinik Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

Infeksi nosokomial merupakan infeksi yang terjadi di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan dapat mempengaruhi sekitar 100 juta pasien setiap tahun di seluruh dunia. Prevalensi infeksi nosokomial secara global dilaporkan sebesar 0,14% dan terus meningkat sebesar 0,06% setiap tahun. Di Indonesia, prevalensinya jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan tingkat global, yaitu sebesar 15,74%. Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam menurunkan angka kejadian infeksi nosokomial. Mahasiswa keperawatan sebagai bagian dari tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit memiliki peran penting dalam pelaksanaan PPI, namun tingkat kepatuhan mereka dalam menerapkan prosedur PPI masih menjadi tantangan. Faktor penyebab rendahnya kepatuhan di antaranya adalah keterbatasan pengalaman klinis, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai penggunaan alat pelindung diri, dan minimnya pelatihan terkait prosedur klinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepatuhan mahasiswa keperawatan terhadap prosedur PPI di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 197 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan nilai Cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,72 pada penelitian asli dan 0,71 pada penelitian ini. Kuesioner ini mengukur tingkat kepatuhan mahasiswa terhadap protokol PPI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden, yaitu 125 orang (63,5%), memiliki tingkat kepatuhan yang rendah dalam melaksanakan PPI. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with 197 respondents who were selected using accidental sampling technique. The instrument instrument used in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.72 in the original study and 0.71 in this study in this study. This questionnaire measures the level of student compliance to the PPI protocol. The results showed that most of the respondents, namely 125 people (63.5%), had a low level of compliance in implementing PPI.
