Aplikasi Elsa’s Calendar Tbc (E-CTBC) Sebagai Kalender Digital Penunjang Kepatuhan Berobat Pasien Tb Paru

Tuberkulosis merupakan masalah perawatan kesehatan yang kompleks. Ketidakpatuhan penderita dalam mengkonsumsi obat menjadi penyebab utama kegagalan pengobatan. Melihat pentingnya keteraturan meminum obat selama proses penyembuhan, diperlukan suatu alat bantu yang dapat mengingatkan penderita agar lebih disiplin, sehingga dapat meminimalisir risiko komplikasi dan resistensi terhadap obat TBC. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang sedang berkembang saat ini berupa aplikasi, penulis tertarik untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi Elsa’s Calendar TBC (E-CTBC) yang bertujuan sebagai sebagai media penunjang untuk membantu kepatuhan penderita TBC dalam minum obat selama masa pengobatan. Metode pengembangan aplikasi Elsa’s Calendar TBC (E-CTBC) ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan uji Usability skala terbatas dengan USE Questionnaire 16 butir pertanyaan yang dilakukan kepada 10 responden di Puskesmas Pekanbaru Kota. Hasil dari pengukuran uji Usability skala terbatas aplikasi Elsa’s Calendar TBC (E-CTBC) diperoleh nilai sebesar 89,37% (kategori sangat layak) dengan rincian aspek: usefulness 90%, ease of use 88,8%, ease of learning 89%, dan satisfaction 89,6%. Kesimpulan pada uji coba kelayakan aplikasi menunjukkan memiliki tampilan sederhana, mudah dipahami, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan serta mendukung tugas pemantauan petugas kesehatan. Tuberculosis is a complex healthcare problem. Patient non-compliance in taking medication is the main cause of treatment failure. Considering the importance of regular medication intake during the healing process, a tool is needed to remind patients to be more disciplined, thereby minimizing the risk of complications and resistance to TB drugs. By utilizing currently developing technology in the form of applications, the author is interested in developing an application called Elsa's Calendar TBC (E-CTBC) which aims to be a supporting medium to help TB patients' adherence in taking medication during the treatment period. The development method for the Elsa's Calendar TBC (E-CTBC) application was carried out using the ADDIE model with a limited-scale Usability test with a 16- item USE Questionnaire administered to 10 respondents at the Pekanbaru City Community Health Center. The results of the limited-scale usability test of the Elsa's Calendar TBC (E-CTBC) application obtained a value of 89,37% (very suitable category) with details of the following aspects: usefulness 90%, ease of use 88,8%, ease of learning 89%, and satisfaction 89,6%. The conclusion of the app's feasibility trial indicates that its interface is simple, easy to understand, and relevant to needs, thus potentially improving medication adherence and supporting healthcare workers' monitoring tasks. Suggestions for future researchers include conducting further feasibility tests to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of the application, involving a larger number of respondents and a wider location coverage.
