Asuhan Kebidanan Berkesinambungan Pada Bayi Ny. D Dengan Menerapkan Perawatan Tali Pusat Terbuka Sebagai Upaya Mempercepat Pelepasan Tali Pusat Pada Bayi Baru Lahir Di PMB Zurrahmi Kota Pekanbaru.

Bayi baru lahir berisiko tinggi terkena infeksi, salah satunya adalah infeksi tali pusat terutama pada saat tali pusat basah yang memudahkan masuknya bakteri tetanus sehingga menyebabkan tetanus neonatorum. Tali pusat yang dirawat dengan baik dan benar memberikan efek positif dengan mempercepat waktu pelepasan tali pusat, mencegah infeksi dan menurunkan angka kematian bayi. Teknik perawatan yang salah dapat menyebabkan infeksi tetanus neonatorum dimana hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi lama pelepasan tali pusat ,Indikator keberhasilan diukur dengan lembar observasi. Analisa data deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan hasil dari lembar observasi. Hasil pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pengasuhan yang diberikan berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada komplikasi. dimana intervensi penatalaksanaan pelepasan tali pusat yang di biarkan dan tidak bubuhi apapun cepat di berikan pada hari ke 1 sampai ke 5 post partum, dan terbukti puput lebih cepat dan tidak infeksi

The results of the implementation of midwifery care show that all the care provided goes well without any complications. Where the intervention in the management of the removal of the umbilical cord that is left and does not add anything is quickly given on the 1st to 5th day post partum, and it is proven that puput is faster and not infectious
