ASUHAN KEBIDANAN BERKESINAMBUNGAN PADA NY. N DENGAN PENERAPAN RAWAT GABUNG PADA BAYI BARU LAHIR DALAM MENDUKUNG KEBERHASILAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI KLINIK PRATAMA AFIYAH KOTA PEKANBARU

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan sumber nutrisi utama bagi bayi yang berperan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan, perkembangan, dan daya tahan tubuh, terutama selama enam bulan pertama kehidupan. keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan kesiapan ibu dalam menyusui. Salah satu upaya yang dapat mendukung keberhasilan ASI eksklusif adalah penerapan rawat gabung, yaitu perawatan ibu dan bayi dalam satu ruangan selama 24 jam. Asuhan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan berkesinambungan pada Ny. N dengan penerapan rawat gabung pada bayi baru lahir dalam mendukung keberhasilan ASI eksklusif di Klinik Pratama Afiyah Kota Pekanbaru. Pelaksanaan asuhan menggunakan pendekatan Continuity of Care (CoC) dan Evidence Based Practice (EBP) mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir masa nifas hingga keluarga berencana. Penerapan rawat gabung dilakukan selama 24 jam disertai edukasi dan pendampingan mengenai teknik menyusui dan ASI eksklusif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan lembar observasi ,kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil asuhan menunjukkan bahwa kondisi ibu dan bayi selama pelaksanaan asuhan berlangsung baik dan tidak ditemukan komplikasi Hasil pengukuran pengetahuan ibu menunjukkan peningkatan dari skor 17 (kategori kurang) sebelum penerapan rawat gabung menjadi 23 (kategori baik) setelah dilakukan rawat gabung selama 24 jam, dengan peningkatan sebesar 6 poin.Selama masa nifas, produksi ASI ibu berjalan lancar dan bayi menyusu dengan baik. Ibu mampu mempertahankan pemberian ASI eksklusif sampai kunjungan nifas keempat, ibu masih memberikan ASI tanpa memberi makanan minuman tambahan kepada bayi

Breast milk is the primary source of nutrition for infants, playing a crucial role in supporting growth, development, and immune function, particularly during the first six months of life successful exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by a mother's knowledge and readiness to breastfeed. One strategy to support exclusive breastfeeding success is the implementation of rooming-in keeping the mother and infant in the same room for 24 hours this case study aimed to provide continuous midwifery care to Mrs.N,incorporating rooming-in for the newborn to support exclusive breastfeeding success at the Afiyah Primary Clinic in Pekanbaru City the care was delivered using Continuity of Care (CoC) and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) approaches, spanning pregnancy, childbirth, the newborn period, the postpartum period, and family planning.Rooming-in was implemented for 24 hours, accompanied by education and guidance on breastfeeding techniques and exclusive breastfeeding.Data were collected via questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed descriptively by comparing pre-test and post-test results.The results indicated that the condition of both mother and infant remained stable throughout the care period, with no complications observed.Assessments of the mother's knowledge showed an improvement from a score of 17 (poor category) prior to rooming-in to 23 (good category) after the 24-hour rooming-in period—an increase of 6 points. During the postpartum period, the mother's breast milk production was adequate, and the infant breastfed effectively. The mother was able to maintain exclusive breastfeeding until the fourth postpartum visit, without providing additional food or drinks to the baby.
