Asuhan Keperawatan Dengan Pemberian Terapi Musik Klasik Mozart Terhadap Penurunan Tanda Dan Gejala Pada Pasien Halusinasi Di Ruangan Mandau 1 RSJ Tampan Provinsi Riau

Halusinasi merupakan salah satu tanda gejala dari skizofrenia. Halusinasi pendengaran merupakan kondisi ketika seorang individu mendengar suara, baik secara jelas maupun samar, yang dapat berupa percakapan, perintah, ataupun instruksi yang mempengaruhi perilakunya. Salah satu terapi yang bisa diberikan pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran adalah terapi musik mozart. Terapi musik mozart sangat mudah diterima organ pendengaran dan kemudian melalui saraf pendengaran disalurkan ke bagian otak yang memproses emosi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan Evidance Based Practice sebagai terapi pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran dengan menggunakan terapi musik mozart. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan teknik studi kasus pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran. Penerapan dilakukan di ruangan mandau 1 rumah sakit jiwa tampan provinsi riau. Jumlah responden yang dibutuhkan yaitu sebanyak 2 orang dengan diagnosa keperawatan halusinasi pendengaran. Penelitian dilakukan selama 5 hari, dimulai dari tanggal 27 Agustus – 01 September 2025. Dinilai menggunakan kuesioner Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale (AHRS) dan SLKI dengan proses pengujian pretest dan posttest. Didapatkan hasil pretest Tn.I yaitu 25 (Halusinasi Berat) dan hasil postest yaitu 19 (Halusinasi Sedang), hasil pretest Tn.K yaitu 23 (Halusinasi Berat) dan hasil postest yaitu 17 (Halusinasi Sedang). Sedangkan indikator keberhasilan yang diukur menggunakan SLKI didapatkan hasil pretest pada Tn.I yaitu 22 dan pada Tn.K yaitu 23 dan hasil posttest pada Tn.I yaitu 11 dan Tn.K 10.

Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of schizophrenia. Auditory hallucinations are a condition in which an individual hears voices, either clearly or faintly, which can be conversations, commands, or instructions that influence their behavior. One therapy that can be given to patients with auditory hallucinations is Mozart music therapy. Mozart's music therapy is very easily accepted by the auditory organ and then through the auditory nerve is distributed to the part of the brain that processes emotions. The purpose of this study is to explain Evidence Based Practice as a therapy for patients with auditory hallucinations using Mozart music therapy. The implementation method used is a case study technique on patients with auditory hallucinations. The application was carried out in the Mandau 1 room of the Mandau Mental Hospital in Riau Province. The number of respondents required was two people with a nursing diagnosis of auditory hallucinations. The study was conducted for 5 days, starting from August 27 to September 1, 2025. Assessments were carried out using the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale (AHRS) questionnaire and SLKI with a pretest and posttest testing process. The pretest results for Mr. I were 25 (Severe Hallucinations) and the posttest results were 19 (Moderate Hallucinations), the pretest results for Mr. K were 23 (Severe Hallucinations) and the posttest results were 17 (Moderate Hallucinations). Meanwhile, the success indicators measured using SLKI were obtained from the pretest results for Mr. I were 22 and for Mr. K were 23 and the posttest results for Mr. I were 11 and for Mr. K were 10.
