Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Dengan Penerapan Foot Massage Terhadap Masalah Keperawatan Manajemen Kesehatan Keluarga Tidak Efektif Pada Lansia Dengan Hipertensi Di Desa Sungai Putih Kac.Tapung Kab.Kampar

Salah satu factor yang dapat mempengaruhi pengendalian hipertensi pada lansia adalah pengetahuan keluarga mengenai hipertensi, karena lansia perlu mendapatkan bimbingan, dukungan dan arahan untuk melakukan penanganan hipertensi. Salah satu untuk mempermudah keluarga mengatasi hipertensi pada lansia yaitu terapi foot massage. Tujuan Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners adalah memberikan gambaran tentang hasil praktik Profesi Ners dengan Aplikasi Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Dengan Penerapan Terapi Foot Massage Terhadap Masalah Keperawatan Manajemen Kesehatan Keluarga Tidak Efektif Pada Lansia Dengan Hipertensi Di Desa Sungai Putih Kac.Tapung Kab.Kampar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan intervensi keperawatan yaitu studi kasus dengan pemberian terapi Foot Massage terhadap penderita hipertensi. Pelaksanaan mulai tanggal 15 – 20 Februari 2025. Keunggulan terapi Foot Massage meningkatkan sirkulasi, meningkatkan rentang gerak sendi, mengurangi rasa sakit, merelaksasikan otot dan memberikan rasa nyaman pada pasien. Pelaksanaan Foot Massage dilakukan selama 3 hari dilakukan selama 6 menit, masing masing kaki dilakukan selama 3 menit. Hasil dari studi kasus ini setelah dilakukan sebanyak 3 hari sebelum penerapan Foot Massage yaitu nilai rata-rata terendah 2 sedangkan nilai tertinggi 5 peningkatan manajemen kesehatan keluarga diberikan Foot Massage. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keberhasilan keluarga terhadap aktivitas yang disarankan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan foot massage dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah terapi foot massage pada lansia dengan Hipertensi.

The purpose of the Final Scientific Paper for Nurses is to provide an overview of the results of the practice of the Nursing Profession with the Application of Family Nursing Care with the Application of Foot Massage Therapy for Nursing Problems of Ineffective Family Health Management in the Elderly with Hypertension in Sungai Putih Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The method used in implementing nursing interventions is a case study by providing Foot Massage therapy to patients with hypertension. Implementation starts from February 15-20, 2025. The advantages of Foot Massage therapy increase circulation, increase joint range of motion, reduce pain, relax muscles and provide comfort to patients. The implementation of Foot Massage is carried out for 3 days for 6 minutes, each leg is done for 3 minutes. The results of this case study after being carried out for 3 days before the implementation of Foot Massage, namely the lowest average value of 2 while the highest value of 5 increased family health management was given Foot Massage. It was concluded that there was a significant difference in the success of families with regard to the recommended activities before and after foot massage and there was a significant difference between the intensity of pain before and after foot massage therapy in the elderly with hypertension.
