Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Dengan Penerapan Terapi Akupresure Terhadap Masalah Keperawatan Ketidakefektifan Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Keluarga Pada Penderita Gout Athritis Di Wilayah Kerja Rantau Panjang

Menurut Kemenkes RI (2022), penyakit asam urat adalah suatu jenis penyakit peradangan sendi yang terjadi karena adanya penumpukan kristal asam urat. Biasanya terjadi di beberapa sendi, seperti jari kaki, pergelangan kaki, lutut, dan ibu jari kaki. Penyakit asam urat juga biasanya disebut gout. Asam urat merupakan zat hasil metabolisme atau purin dari dalam tubuh. Tujuan Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners adalah memberikan gambaran tentang hasil praktik Profesi Ners dengan Aplikasi Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Dengan Penerapan Terapi Akupresure Terhadap Masalah Keperawatan Ketidakefektifan Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Keluarga Pada Penderita Gout Athritis Di Wilayah Kerja Rantau Panjang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan intervensi keperawatan pemberian terapi akupresure di titik Taixi KI 3 terhadap penderita asam urat dengan memberikan perlakuan penilaian tingkat nyeri sebelum dan sesudah pemberian. Pengukuran nyeri secara numeric rating scale (NRS), nyeri di ukur dari rentang 0-10 (skala ringan 1-3, skala sedang 4-6 dan skala berat 7-10). Waktu pelaksanaan yaitu pada tanggal 27 mei- 31 Mei 2024. Hasil analisa table 4.1 dapat dilihat mean sebelum diberikan terapi 13,40 dan mean sesudah diberikan terapi 26,00. Dengan nilai standar deviasi sebelum diberikan terapi 1,517 dan sesudah diberikan terapi 1,581. Dengan p value setelah diberikan terapi yaitu 0,000 < a (0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian terapi akupresur.

The aim of the Final Scientific Work of Nurses is to provide an overview of the results of the practice of the Nursing Profession with the Application of Family Nursing Care with the Application of Acupressure Therapy to Nursing Problems of Ineffective Family Health Care in Gouty Athritis Sufferers in the Rantau Panjang Work Area. The method used in implementing nursing interventions is providing acupressure therapy at the Taixi KI 3 point to gout sufferers by providing pain level assessment treatment before and after administration. Pain is measured using a numeric rating scale (NRS), pain is measured from a range of 0-10 (mild scale 1-3, moderate scale 4- 6 and severe scale 7-10). The implementation time is 27 May - 31 May 2024. The results of the analysis in table 4.1 can be seen that the mean before being given therapy was 13.40 and the mean after being given therapy was 26.00. With a standard deviation value before being given therapy of 1.517 and after being given therapy of 1.581. With the p value after being given therapy, namely 0.000 < a (0.05). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and there is a significant difference between before and after giving acupressure therapy.
