Deteksi Dini Pra Diabetes berbasis Dtek-Dia Application : Studi Komperatif

Penelitian ini berfokus pada masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat terkait dengan meningkatnya prevalensi Diabetes Melitus (DM), terutama pra-diabetes. Berdasarkan jumlah kasus diabetes melitus (DM 1 & DM 2) tahun 2023 Se- Puskesmas Kota Pekanbaru terdapat jumlah total keseluruhannya sebanyak 19587, terdapat sekitar 1467 yang menderita diabetes pada Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru, Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya alat yang efektif untuk mendeteksi risiko diabetes lebih awal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem deteksi dini pra-diabetes berbasis DTEK-DIA. Prototipe ini dirancang untuk membantu individu dalam mengetahui risiko diabetes, sehingga dapat mengambil langkah pencegahan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan prototype berbasis website untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga telah melalui tahap uji balck-box testing yang melibatkan para ahli dan pengujian kegunaan pada siswa/siswi SMA 5 Negri Pekanbaru sebanyak 15 responden, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan tingkat resiko diabetes siswa/siswi normal sebanyak 2 responden (13,3%), sedang sebanyak 8 responden (53,3), dan tinggi sebanyak 5 responden (33,4). selanjutnya website berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi dan pada uji coba pada 15 responden Sebagian besar website ini mudah digunakan dan informatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran Masyarakat terkhususnya remaja pada SMA 5 Negri Pekanbaru tentang pentingnya deteksi dini dan pencegahan diabetes melalui penggunaan teknologi.

This research focuses on the problems faced by society related to the increasing prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM), especially pre-diabetes. Based on the number of cases of diabetes mellitus (DM 1 & DM 2) in 2023 in the Pekanbaru City Health Center, there is a total of 19,587, there are around 1,467 people suffering from diabetes at the Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru Health Center. This shows the need for an effective tool to detect the risk of diabetes early. The aim of this research is to develop a prototype of an early pre-diabetes detection system based on DTEK- DIA. This prototype is designed to help individuals understand their risk of diabetes, so they can take appropriate preventive steps. This research uses a website-based prototype design method to develop software. Apart from that, this research has also gone through a black-box testing stage involving experts and usability testing on 15 students of SMA 5 Negri Pekanbaru. Based on the research results, it was found that the diabetes risk level of normal students was 2 respondents (13.3%), medium was 8 respondents (53.3), and high was 5 respondents (33.4). Furthermore, the website functions according to specifications and was tested on 15 respondents. Most of this website is easy to use and informative. The results of this research show an increase in public awareness, especially teenagers at SMA 5 Negri Pekanbaru, about the importance of early detection and prevention of diabetes through the use of technology.
