Efektivitas Edukasi Menggunakan Modul Kesehatan Reproduksi Luar Sekolah Terhadap Perilaku Hidup Sehat Remaja yang Putus Sekolah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pulau Burung

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia rentan terhadap berbagai perilaku berisiko, termasuk dalam hal kesehatan reproduksi. Minimnya akses informasi kesehatan reproduksi, khususnya bagi remaja yang putus sekolah, menjadi faktor yang memperparah risiko tersebut. Edukasi kesehatan reproduksi luar sekolah menjadi salah satu strategi penting untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan membentuk perilaku hidup sehat remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas Edukasi Menggunakan Modul Kesehatan Reproduksi Luar Sekolah Terhadap Perilaku Hidup Sehat Remaja yang Putus Sekolah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pulau Burung dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2025 dengan menggunakan kuesioner Indonesia GSHS tahun 2015. Desain yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah experiment desain dengan 32 responden. Analisis data menggunakan dependent t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakterisktik responden remaja sebagiaan bersar berusia 15 tahun (46,9%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (71,9%) dan IMT normal (65,5%). Hasil uji stasitik didapatkan ( p value <0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Edukasi menggunakan modul kesehatan reproduksi luar sekolah efektiv terhadap perilaku hidup sehat remaja putus sekolah. Modul edukasi kesehatan reproduksi dapat dijadikan salah satu media dalam promosi kesehatan kesehatan reproduksi. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya terkait faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku hidup sehat remaja.

Out-of-school reproductive health education is a crucial strategy for increasing knowledge and fostering healthy lifestyles in adolescents.The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of reproductive health education using an out-of-school module on healthy behavior among out-of-school adolescents in the working area of Pulau Burung Public Health Center conducted in June 2025 using using the 2015 Indonesian GSHS questionnaire. The study used an experimental design involving 32 respondents. Data were analyzed using a dependent t-test. The results showed that most of the adolescent respondents were 15 years old (46.9%), female (71.9%), and had a normal BMI (65.5%). The statistical test results obtained (p value <0.05) so it can be concluded that education using out-of-school reproductive health modules is effective in improving the healthy lifestyle behavior of school dropouts. Reproductive health education modules can be used as a medium for promoting reproductive health. The next research recommendation is related to factors that affect adolescents' healthy living behavior.
