Efektivitas Pendidikan Kesehatan Melalui Media Video Terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Tentang Triple Eliminasi Di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru

Triple eliminasi adalah suatu pemeriksaan kehamilan yang wajib dilakukan pada ibu hamil sebagai upaya deteksi dini terhadap penyakit menular yaitu HIV, Syphilis dan HbSAg. Hal ini dilakukan untuk pencegahan infeksi yang dapat diturunkan kepada bayi. Triple Eliminasi ibu hamil telah menjadi salah satu program prioritas dalam program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) dengan mengacu pada jumlah cakupan target indikator program. Berbagai upaya sudah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keikutsertaan ibu hamil agar melakukan pemeriksaan triple eliminasi, salah satunya dengan pemberian edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dengan berbagai media. Dalam penelitian ini informasi yang diberikan memanfaatkan media video. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan melalui media video terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang triple eliminasi di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif desain quasi-eksperimental dengan rancangan One Grup Pretest- posttest design. Jumlah responden sebanyak 76 Ibu hamil, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Uji wilcoxon. Data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara langsung kepada responden. Hasil penelitian nilai pengetahuan ibu hamil sebelum menggunakan diberikan edukasi diperoleh tingkat pengetahuan Ibu hamil sebanyak 9 orang baik, 34 orang cukup dan 33 orang kurang dan setelah diberikan edukasi pengetahuan ibu hamil sebanyak 73 orang baik dan 3 orang cukup. Hasil analisis bivariat diperoleh p-value (0,000<0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan melalui media video terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang triple eliminasi di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru. Terdapat efektivitas penggunaan media video dapat dimanfaatkan oleh petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Ibu hamil mengenai pemeriksaan triple eliminasi yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap ibu hamil.

The number of respondents was 76 pregnant women, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Data was obtained based on the results of direct interviews with respondents. The results of the research on the knowledge value of pregnant women before using the education showed that the knowledge level of pregnant women was 9 people good, 34 people adequate and 33 people poor and after being given education, the knowledge of pregnant women was 73 people good and 3 people adequate. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained a p-value (0.000<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of health education through video media on pregnant women's knowledge about triple elimination at the Payung Sekaki Community Health Center, Pekanbaru City. There is effectiveness in using the application so that this application can be used by health workers to increase pregnant women's knowledge regarding the triple elimination examination which must be carried out by every pregnant woman
