Faktor-Faktor Berhubungan Dengan Kepatuhan Masyarakat Dalam Mengikuti Program Vaksinasi COVID-19 Di RW 01 Desa Sungai Putih Tapung

ABSTRAK Penyakit menular menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian di dunia. Penyakit menular yang sedang menjadi pandemi di dunia saat ini yaitu Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Penyakit akibat virus baru yang diberi nama Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) ini dapat menimbulkan gejala klinis seperti demam dengan suhu >38 derajat celcius, batuk kering, dan kesulitan bernapas. Pemberian vaksin merupakan salah satu upaya yang dinilai efektif untuk mengatasi pandemi COVID-19 yang masih terus berlangsung. Vaksinasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekebalan imun tubuh seseorang secara aktif terhadap suatu penyakit. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di RW 01 Desa Sungai Putih Tapung diperoleh hasil bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak patuh untuk mengikuti vaksinasi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan 7 Juni – 16 Juni 2022 dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor berhubungan dengan kepatuhan masyarakat dalam mengikuti program vaksinasi COVID-19 di RW 01 Desa Sungai Putih Tapung. Metode penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat RW 01 Desa Sungai Putih Tapung dengan jumlah sampel 68 orang. Pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling.Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar masyarakat patuh mengikuti vaksinasi COVID-19 35 orang (51.5%). Sebagian besar masyarakat yang berumur >18(58.8%). Masyarakat paling banyak berpendidikan ≤SMA (73.5). Masyarakat dominan memiliki sikap positif (51.5%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara umur (p=0,000), pendidikan (p=0,040), sikap (p=0,000) dengan kepatuhan masyarkat mengikuti vaksinasi COVID-19.

ABSTRAK Infections diseases are one of the leading causes of death in the world. The disease that is becoming a pandemic in the world today is Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). 38 degrees Celsius, dry cough, and difficulty breathing. And vaccination is one of the efforts that is considered effective to overcome the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic vaccination aims to increase a person’s immune system actively against sa disease, so that if one day he is infected with the disease he will not get sick or only experience mild illness. A preliminary study at RW 01 Sungai Putih Tapung Village showed that there were still many people who did not comply with the COVID-19 vaccination at RW 01 Sungai Putih Tapung Village. This research method is an analytic survey using a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was the community of RW 01 Sungai Putih Tapung Village with a total sample of 68 people. Sampling is done by random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square test. The result of the study showed that the majority of the community adhered to the COVID-19 vaccination, 35 people (51,5%). Most of the people aged >18 (58.8%). Most people have high school education (73.5%). The dominant society has a positive attitude (51.5%). The result of this study indicate that there is a relationship between age (p=0.000), aducation (p=0.040), attitude (p=0.000) and community compliance with COVID-19 vaccination
