Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien HIV/AIDS terhadap pengobatan Antiretroviral (ARV) Di RSUD Kepulauan Meranti

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) atau Acuquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) merupakan masalah kesehatan yang mengancam yaitu virus menginfeksi sel-sel sistem kekebalan tubuh, menghancurkan dan merusak fungsinya. Saat ini merupakan masalah kesehatan yang mengancam indonesia dan negara diseluruh dunia.penderita HIV/AIDS memerlukan pengobatan dengan Antiretroviral (ARV) untuk menurunkan jumlah virus HIV didalam tubuh agar tidak masuk ke dalam stadium AIDS.terwujudnya terapi pengobatan yang efektif tergantung dari kepatuhan seseorang dalam menjalankan pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan ARV pada pasien HIV/AIDS di RSUD Kepulauan Meranti. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan nilai signifikan p<0,05. Dari hasil penelitian jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 30 responden, 21 responden memiliki kepatuhan rendah, 8 responden memiliki kepatuhan sedang dan 1 responden memiliki kepatuhan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan yaitu perilaku memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p=0,05),Faktor pengetahuan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan (p=0,765), dan faktor motivasi juga tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan (p=0,155). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor perilaku memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepatuhan berobat dan faktor pengetahuan dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh pada kepatuhan berobat pasien HIV/AIDS. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar dapat menjadi tambahan informasi bagi petugas kesehatan dan diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan atau sumber untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

HIV/AIDS sufferers require treatment with Antiretroviral (ARV) to reduce the amount of the HIV virus in the body so that it does not enter the AIDS stage. The realization of effective treatment therapy depends on a person's compliance in implementing treatment. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence adherence to ARV treatment in HIV/AIDS patients at the Meranti Islands Regional Hospital. The method in this research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analytical design using a cross sectional design using a questionnaire, using the Chi-square test with a significant value of p<0.05. From the research results, the number of samples obtained was 30 respondents, 21 respondents had low compliance, 8 respondents had moderate compliance and 1 respondent had high compliance. The results showed that the factors that influence compliance, namely behavior, have a significant relationship (p=0.05), knowledge factors do not have a significant relationship with compliance (p=0.765), and motivation factors also do not have a significant relationship with compliance (p =0.155). So it can be concluded that behavioral factors have an influence on treatment compliance and knowledge and motivation factors have no influence on treatment compliance for HIV/AIDS patients. It is recommended that the results of this research provide additional information for health workers and it is hoped that it can be used as material or source for further research.
