Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Pekerja Rig

Produktivitas pekerja Rig merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi kegiatan eksplorasi serta produksi minyak dan gas bumi. produktivitas kerja menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai efektivitas dan efisiensi suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan (Ardiyanti & Dani, 2023). Tujuan penulisan untuk mengidentifikasi kesiapan sumber daya manusia terhadap produktivitas pekerja Rig dan untuk mengidentifikasi peran infrastruktur dan peralatan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja Rig. Metode literature review yang akan digunakan yaitu metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses). PRISMA adalah serangkaian evidence based minimum berbasis bukti yang bertujuan membantu penulis melaporkan beragam tinjauan sistematis dan metaanalisis yang menilai manfaat. Hasil telaah literatur menyimpulkan bahwa kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor fundamental dalam menentukan produktivitas pekerja Rig. Telaah literatur terhadap peran insfrastruktur dan peralatan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja Rig menyimpulkan bahwa produktivitas kerja Rig sangat bergantung pada dukungan infrastruktur dan peralatan. Kemajuan teknologi serta kelengkapan sarana menjadi penentu efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja di lapangan.

Rig worker productivity is a crucial aspect in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of oil and gas exploration and production activities. Worker productivity is a crucial indicator in assessing a company's effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its stated goals (Ardiyanti & Dani, 2023). The purpose of this paper is to identify the readiness of human resources for Rig worker productivity and to identify the role of infrastructure and equipment in improving Rig worker productivity. The literature review method used is the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method. PRISMA is a set of evidence-based minimum criteria aimed at assisting authors in reporting various systematic reviews and meta-analyses that assess the benefits. The results of the literature review conclude that human resource (HR) readiness is a fundamental factor in determining Rig worker productivity. The literature review on the role of infrastructure and equipment in improving Rig worker productivity concludes that Rig worker productivity is highly dependent on infrastructure and equipment support. Technological advances and the completeness of facilities determine the effectiveness and efficiency of work in the field.
