Abstract
Peran ibu dalam keaktifan kunjungan ke posyandu sangat penting untuk memantau kesehatan dan gizi anak. Berdasarkan pra survey yang dilakukan peneliti di Pos Kesehatan Desa (Poskesdes) Mekar Sari menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ibu masih memiliki kesadaran yang rendah untuk membawa balitanya ke Posyandu terdekat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Rendahnya Kunjungan Ibu Membawa Balita Ke Posyandu Mekar Sari Desa Sari Mulya Tahun 2024.Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian metode survei analitik melalui pendekatan cross- sectional. Responden berjumlah 112 ibu yang memiliki balita periode Juni-Juli 2024, teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian Responden didominasi pada usia yang sedang yaitu 20-35 tahun yaitu 74,1% (83 orang). Mayoritas memiliki pendidikan Rendah (SMP, SD) sebesar 59,8% (67 orang). Mayoritas respoden tidak bekerja sebesar 71,4% (80 orang). Mayoritas respoden memiliki pengetahuan yang Rendah mengenai posyandu sebesar 81,3% (91 orang).85,7%. Mayoritas responden tidak berkunjung ke posyandu 82,1% (92 orang) dan mayoritas kader berperan dalam posyandu.Terdapat hubungan usia, pendididkan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan dan peran kader dalam posyandu terhadap Kunjungan Ibu Membawa Balita Ke Posyandu Mekar Sari Desa Sari Mulya Tahun 2024.
He role of mothers in actively visiting the posyandu is very important in monitoring the health and nutrition of children. Based on a pre-survey conducted by researchers at the Mekar Sari Village Health Post (Poskesdes), shows that the majority of mothers still have low awareness to bring their toddlers to the nearest Posyandu. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the low number of visits by mothers bringing toddlers to the Mekar Sari Posyandu in Sari Mulya Village in 2024. The research method used is quantitative with the research design of the analytical survey method through a cross-sectional approach. The respondents were 112 mothers who had toddlers in the June-July 2024 period, the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis uses the chi-square test. The results of the research showed that respondents were dominated by those between the ages of 20 and 35, namely 74.1% (83 people). The majority have primary education (junior high school, elementary school) of 59.8% (67 people). The majority of respondents were not working 71.4% (80 people). The majority of respondents had low knowledge about posyandu 81.3% (91 people).85.7%. The majority of respondents did not visit the posyandu 82.1% (92 people) and the majority of cadres played a role in the posyandu. There is a relationship between age, education, occupation, knowledge, and the role of cadres in posyandu towards the visit of mothers bringing toddlers to the Mekar Sari Posyandu Sari Sari Village in 2024.
