Gambaran faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kanker serviks di ruang tulip RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

ABSTRAK Kesehatan reproduksi adalah keadaan kesejahteraan fisik, mental, sosial yang utuh dalam segala hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem, fungsi, dan, proses reproduksi, di antara nya kanker serviks. Penyebab utama dari kanker serviks yakni infeksi HPV (Human Papillomavirus) yang berada di dalam tubuh manusia. Diketahui bahwa DNA HPV dapat ditemukan pada 99% kasus kanker serviks di seluruh dunia (Pradipta & Sungkar,2017). Tujuan penelitia ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi kanker serviks di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau tahun 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang terkena kanker serviks RSUD Arifin Achmad. Jenis peneltian ini merupakan penelitian retrospektif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif observasional. Penelitian mengunakan dengan cara melihat ke belakang dari data yang di kumpulkan pada hasil data yang telah tersedia pada rekam medik pasien. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara komputerisasi mengunkan program SPSS, analisis data yaitu univariat. Hasil analisis univariat di temukan bahwa kejadian kanker serviks dengan usia pertama menikah (63,4%), jumlah perkawinan (39,0%), jumlah paritas (14,6%), Obesitas (29,3%) . Diharapkan bagi perawat yang bertugas di ruangan Tulip RSUD Arifin Achmad provinsi Riau agar dapat meningkatkan pemberian informasi dan edukasi mengenai umur pertama menikah, jumlah perkawinan, jumlah paritas, obesitas dan tentang deteksi kanker sejak dini.

ABSTRACT Reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental, social well-being in all respects related to reproductive systems, functions, and processes, including cervical cancer. The main cause of cervical cancer is HPV (Human Papillomavirus) infection in the human body . It is known that HPV DNA can be found in 99% of cervical cancer cases worldwide (Pradipta & Sungkar, 2017). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect cervical cancer at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province in 2022. The population in this study was mothers affected by cervical cancer at Arifin Achmad Hospital. This type of research is a retrospective research with an observational descriptive research design. The research used by looking back at the data collected on the results of the data that was available on the patient's medical record. Data processing is carried out by computerization using the SPSS program, data analysis is univariate. The results of the univariate analysis found that the incidence of cervical cancer with the first age of marriage (63.4%), the number of marriages (39.0%), the amount of parity (14.6%), obesity (29.3%) . It is hoped that the nurses on duty in the Tulip room of Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau province in order to increase the provision of information and education about the first age of marriage, the number of marriages, the amount of parity, obesity and about early cancer detection.
