Abstract
ABSTRAK Kankerpayudaraadalahpenyebabkematianpalingumumpada kanker.Benjolan Benjolahpada pada payudaramerupakan jenistumorataukankerpayudara. payudaraakandilakukantindakanoperasidanmenimbulkan kecemasanpadamasing-masing factor-faktoryangmempengaruhi sebelum tingkat wanitaakibat pasien.Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahui kecemasanpasien kankerpayudara tindakanoperasidiruanganDahliaRSUDArifinAchmadPekanbaru. Desainyang digunakan adalahpenelitiandeskriptif analitikdenganpopulasi31 pasien kanker payudara dan teknik pengambilan sampel Ascidental Sampling yaitusebanyak16responden.Variabelindependendalampenelitianiniadalah usia, statusperkawinan, domisili, tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat pendapatan. Sedangkanvariable dependen adalah tingkat kecemasanpasienkankerpayudara sebelumtindakanoperasi.Hasil penelitianinimenyimpulkanbahwagambaran faktorfaktoryangmempengaruhi tingkat kecemasanpasienkankerpayudara di ruangan Dahlia RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru adalah usia (56,3%) dan domisilidesa(81,3%).Dengantingkatkecemasansedang40-59yaitu81,3%. Saranyangdapat diberikankepadamasyarakatadalahmeningkatkaninformasi tentang penyakitkanker,melakukanupayapreventifdan keluarga diharapkan memberikan dukungan danmotivasikepada pasienuntukmenjalankanpengobatan kemoterapi
ABSTRACT Breast cancer is the most common cause of death in women from cancer. A lump in the breast is a type of tumor or breast cancer. Breast lumps will be operated on and cause anxiety in each patient. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of anxiety of breast cancer patients before surgery in the Dahlia room of Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru. The design used is a descriptive analytic study with a population of 31 breast cancer patients and the sampling technique of accidental sampling is as many as 16 respondents. The independent variables in this study were age, marital status, domicile, education level and income level. While the dependent variable is the level of anxiety of breast cancer patients before surgery. The results of this study concluded that the description of the factors that influence the level of anxiety of breast cancer patients in the Dahlia room of Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru is age (56.3%) and village domicile (81.3%). With a moderate level of anxiety 40-59 that is 81.3%. Suggestions that can be given to the community are increasing information about cancer, making preventive efforts and families are expected to provide support and motivation to patients to carry out chemotherapy treatment
