HUBUNGAN ANTARA SHIFT KERJA, STRESS KERJA DAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA PEKERJA INDUSTRI MIGAS

Abstract
Kerja shift banyak diterapkan di industri minyak dan gas untuk menjaga operasi 24 jam, namun berisiko terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kerja shift, stres kerja, dan kelelahan pada pekerja migas melalui tinjauan sistematis literatur 2020–2025 di PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “shift work,” “stress,” “fatigue,” dan “oil and gas industry.” Seleksi mengikuti pedoman PRISMA; 21 artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis secara naratif deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan kerja shift—terutama shift malam dan durasi kerja panjang—berkaitan signifikan dengan peningkatan stres dan kelelahan. Faktor psikososial seperti beban kerja tinggi, kurang dukungan manajerial, dan budaya keselamatan yang lemah memperburuk kelelahan dan menaikkan risiko kecelakaan. Intervensi efektif meliputi Fatigue Risk Management System, penjadwalan ergonomis, dan penguatan budaya keselamatan. Tinjauan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi kebijakan K3 yang fokus pada manajemen kelelahan dan kesejahteraan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan serta produktivitas di sektor migas.
Shift work is widely used in the oil and gas industry to maintain 24-hour operations, but it poses risks to workers’ health and safety. This study analyzed the relationship between shift work, work-related stress, and fatigue among oil and gas workers through a systematic literature review of studies published from 2020 to 2025 in PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar using the keywords “shift work,” “stress,” “fatigue,” and “oil and gas industry.” Selection followed PRISMA guidelines; 21 articles met the criteria and were analyzed using a descriptive narrative approach. The results show that shift work—particularly night shifts and long work hours—is significantly associated with increased stress and fatigue. Psychosocial factors such as high workloads, lack of managerial support, and a weak safety culture exacerbate fatigue and increase the risk of accidents. Effective interventions include a Fatigue Risk Management System, ergonomic scheduling, and strengthening the safety culture. This review underscores the importance of integrating OSH policies that focus on fatigue management and well-being to improve safety and productivity in the oil and gas sector.
