Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dan Sikap Lansia Dengan Pengendalian Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki

ABSTRAK Menurut WHO 2018 populasi penduduk dunia yang memiliki penyakit hipertensi yaitu sebanyak 972 juta (26,4%). Kematian yang disebabkan oleh hipertensi di dunia yaitu 23,7%. Dukungan dari keluarga sangat di perlukan dalam penangan hipertensi. Dukungan dari keluarga merupakan faktor terpenting dalam membantu individu menyelesaikan masalah. Keluarga menjadi support system dalam kehidupan penderita hipertensi, agar kaadaan yang dialami tidak semakin memburuk dan terhindar dari komplikasi akibat hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dan sikap lansia dengan pengendalian hipertensi di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah lansia hipertensi di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru sebanyak 109 orang. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 33 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan acsidental sampling .Sebagian besar lansia yang memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik sebanyak 17 responden (51,5%). Dan sebagian besar lansia memiliki sikap kurang baik dalam pengendalian hipertensi (48,5). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji chi square diperoleh nilai p value= 0.000,atau (p<0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dengan pengendalian pada penderita hipertensi di Puskemas Payung Sekaki. Berdasarkan hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan pengendalian di dapatkan data yang diolah dengan uji chi square program statistik komputer menunjukkan hasil p value (.000) < α (0,05) maka hasil hipotesis penelitian ini adalah Ho ditolak, yang artinya terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan sikap hipertensi pada lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Payung Sekaki.

ABSTRACT Support from the family is very much needed in treating hypertension. Support from family is the most important factor in helping individuals solve problems. The family becomes a support system in the life of people with hypertension, so that the conditions experienced do not get worse and avoid complications due to hypertension. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the attitude of the elderly with hypertension control at Payung Sekaki Health Center Pekanbaru. This type of research is a quantitative research method using a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was the elderly with hypertension at the Payung Sekaki Health Center Pekanbaru as many as 102 people. The sample of this research is 33 respondents with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. Most of the elderly who have good family support are 17 respondents (51.5%). And most of the elderly have a bad attitude in controlling hypertension (48.5). The results of the study based on the chi square test obtained p value = 0.000, or (p <0.05) which means that there is a significant relationship between attitude and control in patients with hypertension at the Payung Sekaki Health Center. Based on the relationship between family support and control, the data that was processed by the chi square test computer statistical program showed the results of p value (.000) < (0.05) so the results of this research hypothesis were Ho rejected, which means that there is a relationship between family support and Hypertension attitude in the elderly in the work area of Payung Sekaki Health Center.
