Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Resiliensi Pasien Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru

Dukungan keluarga secara langsung berdampak terhadap kesehatan fisik dan psikologis, dukungan keluarga dapat diberikan dalam bentuk dukungan emosional,penghargaan, in- strumental dan informasi. Resiliensi suatu kemampuan yang dimiliki individu untuk da- lam permasalah hidup atau membebaskan diri dari kondisi yang kurang menyenangkan, faktor internal yang mempengaruhi resiliensi antara lain self esteem, optimisme, dan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi resiliensi adalah dukungan sosial.Hipertensi meru- pakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan yang serius yang sering disebut dengan silent killer, hipertensi bisa disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor gaya hidup, riwayat keluarga, dan kondisi kesehatan tertentu.Penelitian ini bertujuan un- tuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan resili- ensi pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 284 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dukungan keluarga oleh nursalam dan kuesioner resiliensi Conor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisi bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pasien hipertensi dengan dukungan keluarga baik yaitu 207 responden (72,9%) dan dukungan keluarga kurang 77 responden (27,1%). Sementara untuk hasil penelitian berdasarkan resiliensi pasien hipertensi yaitu resiliensi tinggi 216 responden (76,1%)dan resiliensi rendah 68 orang (23,9%). Hasil uji statistik chi-square didaptkan nilai value = 0.000(< 0,05) yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru.

Resilience is the ability that individuals have to be in life problems or free themselves from unpleasant conditions, internal factors that affect resilience include self-esteem, op- timism, and external factors that affect resilience are social support. This type of research is quantitative using a correla- tion descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with a total of 284 respondents. This research instrument uses a family support questionnaire by nursalam and a Conor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD- RISC) resilience questionnaire. The analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results of this study were found that hypertension patients with good family support were 207 respondents (72.9%) and 77 respondents (27.1%) lacked family support. Meanwhile, the results of the study based on the resili- ence of hypertensive patients were high resilience of 216 respondents (76.1%) and low resilience of 68 people (23.9%). The results of the chi-square statistical test were obtained with a value value = 0,000 (<0,05) which means that there is a relationship between fami- ly support and the resilience of hypertensive patients at the Simpang Tiga Health Center in Pekanbaru.
