Hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru

ABSTRAK Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam menentukan kepuasan pasien, tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketepatan pelayanan, tetapi bagaimana perawat mampu membina hubungan komunikasi dengan pasien dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan demi keberhasilan dan kesembuhan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komuniaksi terapeutik Perawat Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Di Rawat Inap RS Bhayangkara Pekanbaru. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 91 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probality sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji kendaall tau untuk mengetahui Hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini usia minimal 17 tahun dan usia maksimal 53 tahun, bahwa sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin lakilaki, menujukan nilai korelasi (r)= -0,027 dan nilai p=0,765. dari hasil tersebut hubungan komunikasi terapeutik dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien menujukan hubungan yang lemah. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien (p=0,765).

ABSTRAK One of the factors that play an important role in determining patient satisfaction is not only determined by the accuracy of service, but how nurses are able to foster communication with patients in providing relationship services for the success and recovery of patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between therapeutic communication between nurses and patient levels at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru. The design of this study was quantitative with a correlation design using a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study found 91 people. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using the Kendall tau test to determine the relationship between variables. The results of this study were that the minimum age of 17 years and the maximum age of 53 years, that most of the respondents were male, showed a correlation value (r) = -0.027 and a p value = 0.765. From the results of this relationship, therapeutic communication with the level of patient satisfaction shows a weak relationship. The results of statistical tests obtained that there is no significant relationship between nurse communication and the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.765).
