In the context of nursing education, a good level of maturity can increase self-efficacy to face challenges in the world of work. Digital literacy is understood as the ability to use information and communication technology effectively, while self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in their ability to achieve goals. The method used uses a quantitative method with a correlation design and a Cross Sectional approach, involving a population of nursing students at the Umbrella State Health Institute of Pekanbaru using a Non-Probability sampling technique. The results of the study showed that out of 108 respondents, most of them had high self-efficacy, 55 respondents (50.93%). In addition, the results showed that 77 respondents (77.30%) of nursing students had high digital literacy. Statistical tests using the Chi-Square test obtained a P-Value of 0.01 which is less than 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between digital literacy and self-efficacy in nursing students. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide suggestions for the development of policies that support increasing digital literacy among students, as well as provide useful data for improving more effective curricula and learning programs. These findings are expected to strengthen understanding of the importance of digital literacy and self-efficacy in preparing students to enter the world of work.
