Hubungan Pengetahuan Tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi Dengan Perilaku Seksual Remaja Di SMPN 25 Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRAK Remaja awal adalah penduduk dalam rentang usia 12 hingga 16 tahun. Remaja memiliki tiga fase diantaranya remaja awal, remaja pertengahan dan remaja akhir. Fase remaja awal berlangsung pada usia 12- 16 tahun dimana pada fase ini dialami oleh siswi sekolah menengah pertama diikuti dengan masuknya masa pubertas. Akibatnya remaja akan mengalami banyak perubahan baik itu pada Kesehatan Reproduksinya serta Perilaku Seksual pada Remaja tersebut. Salah satu peserta didik terbanyak di Kota Pekanbaru yakni Kec.Marpoyan Damai dengan salah satu sekolah menengah yakni SMPN 25 sebanyak 865 orang pada tahun 2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Pengetahuan Tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi Dengan Perilaku Seksual Pada Remaja Di SMPN 25 Kota Pekanbaru. Penleitian Kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional yang dilakukan pada siswa dikelas 7-8, dengan Sampel Cross Sectional sebanyak 574 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan Kuesioner Pengetahuan Tentang Kesehatan dan Kuesioner Perilaku Seksual Pada Remaja. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan hampir separuhnya 87 (59,2%) responden yang pengetahuannya Tinggi Tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Perilaku Seksual Positif, sedangkan diantara remaja yang Pengetahuan Tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi Rendah, ada hampir separuhnya 41 (46,6%) responden yang perilaku seksual positif. Hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai P Value = 0,030, maka dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai OR= 1,857 kali untuk berperilaku seksual positif.

ABSTRACT Early adolescents are residents in the age range of 12 to 16 years. Adolescence has three phases including early adolescence, middle adolescence and late adolescence. The early adolescent phase takes place at the age of 12-16 years where this phase is experienced by junior high school students followed by the entry of puberty. As a result, adolescents will experience many changes, both in their reproductive health and sexual behavior in adolescents. One of the most students in Pekanbaru City is Marpoyan Damai District with one of the secondary schools namely SMPN 25 as many as 865 people in 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Knowledge about Reproductive Health and Sexual Behavior in Adolescents at SMPN 25 Pekanbaru City. . Quantitative research with a cross sectional design was carried out on students in grades 7-8, with a cross sectional sample of 574 people. The research instrument used was a Health Knowledge Questionnaire and a Sexual Behavior Questionnaire in Adolescents. The results showed that almost half of 87 (59.2%) respondents had high knowledge of reproductive health and positive sexual behavior, while among adolescents with low knowledge of reproductive health, almost half of 41 (46.6%) respondents had positive sexual behavior. The results of the Chi Square test obtained a P Value = 0.030, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge about reproductive health and adolescent sexual behavior. From the results of the analysis, the value of OR = 1.857 times for positive sexual behavior.
