Hubungan Usia, Lama Kerja, Pengetahuan, Sikap Terhadap Kepatuhan Standard Operational Pada Pekerja Rescue Dibasarnas Kota Pekanbaru Pada Tahun 2025

SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) adalah panduan yang memuat prosedur operasional standar dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan utamanya adalah memastikan bahwa setiap keputusan, tindakan, dan penggunaan fasilitas oleh anggota organisasi berlangsung secara efektif, efisien, konsisten, terstandarisasi, dan sistematis. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan pada pekerja rescue di basarnas kota pekanbaru tentang kepatuhan Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) pada pekerja rescue yang berjumlah 45 orang, 30 patuh terhadap SOP dan 15 tidak patuh SOP. Tujuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, lama kerja, pengetahuan, sikap terhadap kepatuhan Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) pada pekerja Rescue dibasarnas kota pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional , Penelitian ini dilakukan di Basarnas menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi berjumlah 65 orang responden yang akan dijadikan sampel. Alat ukur penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Selanjutnya dianalisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan kepatuhan SOP adalah Usia (P value = 1.000 < α 0.05), Lama kerja (P value = 0.094 < α 0.05).sedangkan yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan SOP adalah Pengetahuan ( P value = 0.014 < α 0.05) dan Sikap (P value = 0.039 < α 0.05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan SOP adalah pengetahuan dan sikap. Disarankan kepada pekerja rescue pengetahuan yang beresiko 25 responden dan sikap 17 agar memeperhatikan tingkat pengetahuan agar patuh terhadap SOP saat melakukan pekerjaan. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is a guide that contains standard operational procedures in an organization. Its main purpose is to ensure that every decision, action, and use of facilities by members of the organization takes place effectively, efficiently, consistently, standardized, and systematically. Based on a preliminary survey that has been conducted on rescue workers at Basarnas Pekanbaru City regarding compliance with Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) on 45 rescue workers, 30 comply with SOPs and 15 do not comply with SOPs. This purpose is to determine the relationship between age, length of service, knowledge, and attitudes towards compliance with Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) on Rescue workers at Basarnas Pekanbaru City. This research is quantitative and uses a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at Basarnas (National Search and Rescue Agency) using a total sampling technique, with 65 respondents from the entire population as the sample. The measurement tool was a questionnaire. Univariate and bivariate analyses were then conducted using chi-square tests. The results showed that factors unrelated to SOP compliance were age (P value = 1.000 <α 0.05), length of service (P value = 0.094 <α 0.05), while factors related to SOP compliance were knowledge (P value = 0.014 <α 0.05), and attitude (P value = 0.039 <α 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that knowledge and attitude are the factors related to SOP compliance. It is recommended that rescue workers with at-risk knowledge (25 respondents) and attitude (17) should pay attention to their level of knowledge and comply with SOPs when performing their work.
