Penerapan Art Therapy Pada Pasien Halusinasi Pendengaran di Ruangan Siak RSJ Tampan Provinsi Riau

Halusinasi dapat didefenisikan sebagai perubahan persepsi terhadap stimulus baik internal maupun eksternal yang disertai denga respon yang berkurang, berlebihan, dan terdistorsi. Pasien yang mengalami halusinasi ditandai dengan mendengar suara, bisikan, melihat bayangan, merasakan sesuatu melalui indra peraba, dan penciuman serta pengecapan. Salah satu tindakan yang dapat mengatasi gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran dengan pemberian art teraphy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan Tentang hasil praktik Profesi Ners dengan Teknik Non- Farmakologi “Penerapan Art Therapy Pada Pasien Halusinasi Pendengaran Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya ilmiah ini yaitu dengan memberikan alat menggambar seperti buku gambar, pensil sebagai alat untuk meluapkan apa yang pasien rasakan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien dengan gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 18,20,21 Juni 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan terapi menggambar menunjukann hasil terjadinya perubahan tanda dan gejala halusinasi pada pasien. Saran terkait intervensi kepada tempat penelitian untuk menerapkan terapi menggambar kepada pasien yang mengalami gangguan gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran.

Hallucinations can be defined as changes in perception of both internal and external stimuli accompanied by reduced, excessive, and distorted responses. Patients who experience hallucinations are characterized by hearing voices, whispers, seeing shadows, feeling something through the sense of touch, and smell and taste. One of the actions that can overcome sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations by providing art therapy. The purpose of this study was to explain the description of the results of the practice of the Nursing Profession with the Application "Application of Art Therapy in Patients with Auditory Hallucinations at the Tampan Mental Hospital, Riau Province. The method used in this scientific work is to provide drawing tools such as drawing books, pencils as a tool to express what the patient feels. The sample of this study was patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations. The study was conducted on June 18, 20, 21, 2025. The results of the study showed that after drawing therapy, the results showed changes in the signs and symptoms of hallucinations in patients.
