Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Dengan Rebusan Daun Sirsak Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Asam Urat Pada Penderita Asam Urat

Asam Urat adalah kondisi dimana kadar asam urat tinggi mencapai 8,3mg/dl. Asam urat tinggi dapat menyebabkan komplikasi serius seperti gagal ginjal, jantung coroner dan batu ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh terapi non- farmakologis dengan rebusan Daun Sirsak untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat pada pasien gout athritis (asam urat). Lembar observasi dan alat pengecekan asam urat digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur kadar asam urat sebelum dan sesudah terapi. Penelitian ini merupakan case study dengan desain pre-post test. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang mengalami penderita asam urat (gout athritis) yakni Ny. Y pada tanggal 18 Juni 2024, dikelurahan Bandar Raya RW 002 kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru. Ny. Y (64 tahun) mengalami penurunan kadar asam urat dari 12,0 mg/dl menjadi 10 mg/dl dan terakhir menjadi 8,0 mg/dl setelah pemberian terapi rebusan daun sirsak secara rutin. Dengan demikian, terapi non-farmakologis dengan rebusan daun sirsak efektif dalam menurunkan kadar asam urat pada pasien gout arthritis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang mengalami penderita asam urat (gout athritis).

Gout is a condition where uric acid levels are high, reaching 8.3mg/dl. High uric acid can cause serious complications such as kidney failure, coronary heart disease and kidney stones. This study aims to determine the effect of non- pharmacological therapy with Soursop Leaf decoction to reduce uric acid levels in gouty arthritis patients. Observation sheets and uric acid checking tools were used in this study to measure uric acid levels before and after therapy. This research is a case study with a pre-post test design. The subjects in this study were patients suffering from gout (gouty arthritis), namely Mrs. Y on June 18 2024, in Bandar Raya sub-district RW 002, Payung Sekaki sub-district, Pekanbaru City. Mrs. Y (64 years old) experienced a decrease in uric acid levels from 12.0 mg/dl to 10 mg/dl and finally to 8.0 mg/dl after giving regular soursop leaf decoction therapy. Thus, non-pharmacological therapy with soursop leaf decoction is effective in reducing uric acid levels in gouty arthritis patients. The subjects in this study were patients suffering from gout (gouty arthritis).
