Pengaruh Edukasi Terhadap Motivasi Mengkonsumsi Imunomodulator Alami Pencegahan Terjadinya Covid-19 Pada Mahasiswa Profesi Ners Di STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru

ABSTRAK Edukasi merupakan proses interaktif yang mendorong terjadinya pembelajaran, dan pembelajaran merupakan upaya penambahan pengetahuan baru, sikap, dan keterampilan melalui penguatan praktik dan pengalaman tertentu. Makin jelas tujuan pembelajaran yang di harapkan atau yang di capai, makin jelas pula bagaimana tindakan motivasi itu dilakukan. Setiap orang yang dan memberikan motivasi harus mengenal dan memahami benar-benar latar belakang kehidupan, kebutuhan, dan kepribadian orang yang akan dimotivasi. Pemberian pemahaman tentang bahaya COVID-19 dan proses pencegahannya, memperkenalkan jenis-jenis tanaman herbal yang berkhasiat meningkatkan sistem imun dan proses pembuatan minuman herbal. Mahasiswa merupakan suatu nama yang disandang oleh sesorang yang sedang menempuh pendidikan tinggi dan harus mempunyai pikiran yang luas dan mahasiswa tidak hanya berfokus dengan pembelajaran kampus. Mahasiwa ners juga sudah belajar sebelumnya dalam pembelajaran keperawatan komplementer yang dimana di pembelajaran tersebut menjelaskan bagaimana cara meningkatkan imunitas dengan cara pengobatan herbal. Tujuann dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi terhadap motivasi mengkonsumsi imunomodulator alami pencegahan terjadinya covid-19 pada mahasiswa profesi ners di STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan metode quasi experimental design dengan pre test-post test design. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah di uji validasi dengan teknik total samplig dan sampel berjumlah 81 responden. Hasil didapatkan pre test motivasi 28,26 post test motivasi 34,48 dan hasil uji statistik variable motivasi nilai p-value motivasi 0,000<0,005 sehingga Ho ditolak, artinya edukasi imunomodulator alami berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi mengkonsumsi imonomodulator alami terhadap mahawasiswa. Disarankan untuk tempat penelitian mahasiswa diberikan edukasi imunomodulator alami lebih dini agar dapat terhindar dari penyakit COVID-19 dan memilih untuk mengkonsumsi imunomodulator alami.

ABSTRACT Education is an interactive process that encourages learning, and learning is an effort to add new knowledge, attitudes, and skills through strengthening certain practices and experiences. The clearer the learning objectives that are expected or achieved, the clearer the motivational action will be. Everyone who motivates and provides must know and understand the real background of life, needs, and personality of the person to be motivated. Providing an understanding of the dangers of COVID-19 and the prevention process, introducing types of herbal plants that are efficacious in increasing the immune system and the process of making herbal drinks. Student is a name that is carried by someone who is pursuing higher education and must have a broad mind and students are not only focused on campus learning. Nurse students also have previously studied in complementary nursing learning which explains how to increase immunity by means of herbal medicine. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education on the motivation to consume natural immunomodulators to prevent the occurrence of covid19 in nursing professional students at STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru. Quantitative research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design method with a pre-test-posttest design. The research instrument used a questionnaire that had been validated with a total sampling technique and a sample of 81 respondents. The results obtained pre-test motivation 28.26 post-test motivation 34.48 and the results of statistical tests of motivational variables p-value of motivation 0.000 <0.005 so Ho is rejected, meaning that natural immunomodulator education has an effect on increasing motivation to consume natural immunomodulators for students. It is recommended for student research sites to be given early education on natural immunomodulators in order to avoid COVID-19 disease and choose to consume natural immunomodulators
