Pengaruh Life Review Therapy terhadap Harga Diri Rendah Pada Pasien Gangguan Jiwa Di Upt.Bina Laras Dinas Sosial Prov.Riau.

Pasien dengan gangguan jiwa memiliki berbagai masalah kesehatan mental salah satunya harga diri rendah. Harga diri rendah merupakan penilaian diri negatif yang berhubungan dengan perasaan lemah, tidak berdaya, putus asa, ketakutan, ketidakberdayaan dan tidak berharga. Jika masalah ini tidak ditangani maka akan beresiko mengalami depresi, isolasi sosial dan bahkan resiko kekerasan hingga bunuh diri. Upaya untuk mengatasi harga diri rendah yaitu dengan melakukan life review therapy, yang merupakan salah satu psikoterapi yang digunakan untuk pasien harga diri rendah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh life review therapy terhadap harga diri rendah pada pasien gangguan jiwa di UPT. Bina laras dinas sosial provinsi Riau. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen berbentuk one group pre-test dan pos-test sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 12 pasien dengan harga diri rendah. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive sampling. Analisis univariat karakteristik responden dan analisis bivariate dengan menggunakan uji T Dependen (Paired T-Test). Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value 0.00 < 0.05, artinya ada pengaruh Life Review Therapy terhadap pasien dengan harga diri rendah di Upt.Bina Laras Dinas Sosial Prov. Riau. Rekomendasi penelitian ini untuk UPT Bina Laras dapat mengisi waktu luang pasien dengan melakukan Life Review Therapy agar tidak ada pasien yang mengalami harga diri rendah

Patients with mental disorders have various mental health problems, one of which is low self-esteem. Low self-esteem is a negative self-assessment associated with feelings of weakness, helplessness, hopelessness, fear, powerlessness and worthlessness. If this problem is not addressed, there is a risk of depression, social isolation and even the risk of violence and suicide. Efforts to overcome low self- esteem are by doing life review therapy, which is one of the psychotherapies used for low self-esteem patients. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of life review therapy on low self-esteem in patients with mental disorders at UPT. Bina laras social service Riau province. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi- experimental research design in the form of one group pre-test and post-test, the sample of this study totalled 12 patients with low self-esteem. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Univariate analysis of respondent characteristics and bivariate analysis using Paired T-Test. The results of the study obtained a p value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that there is an effect of Life Review Therapy on patients with low self-esteem at Upt.Bina Laras Social Service Prov. Riau. Recommendations for this study for UPT Bina Laras can fill the patient's free time by doing Life Review Therapy so that there are no patients who experience low self-esteem.
