Pengaruh Media Edukasi Video Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Personal Hygiene Menstruasi Pada Remaja Putri Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diniyyah Putri Di Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru

Wanita merupakan kelompok yang paling rentan dalam menghadapi masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Hal ini dikarenakan organ reproduksi wanita lebih mudah terkena infeksi dari luar karena bentuk dan letak organ reproduksinya yang dekat dengan anus. Oleh karena itu untuk kalangan wanita, kesehatan reproduksi harus memperoleh perhatian yang serius. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain Pra eksperimen One Group Pre-Test dan Post-Test design. Lokasi yang diambil peneliti untuk penelitian ini adalah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diniyyah Putri Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas 8 dan kelas 9 yang berusia 12-15 tahun. Jumlah sampel 65 orang. Teknik Pengambilan data menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil pengetahuan pretest atau sebelum perlakuan kategori baik berjumlah 8 responden (12,3%) kategori cukup berjumlah 28 responden (43,1%) dan kategori kurang berjumlah 29 responden (44,6%). Hasil posttest pengetahuan dengan kategori baik 64 responden (98,5%) cukup berjumlah 1 responden (1,5%). Hasil pretest sikap kategori baik 27 responden (41,5%) cukup berjumlah 38 responden (58,5%). Hasil posttest sikap kategori baik 63 responden (98,5%) cukup berjumlah 2 responden (1,5%). Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian media edukasi video terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap personal hygiene menstruasi pada responden di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diniyyah Putri Pekanbaru 2024 (p value 0,05).

This is because the female reproductive organs are more easily exposed to infection from outside because the shape and location of the reproductive organs are close to the anus. Therefore, for women, reproductive health must receive serious attention. This type of research is an analytical survey with a quantitative approach. The method used is a Pre- experimental One Group Pre-Test design and a Post-Test design. The location taken by researchers for this research was Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diniyyah Putri Pekanbaru. The population in this study were grade 8 and grade 9 students aged 12-15 years. The total sample was 65 people. The data collection technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the pretest knowledge or before treatment were in the good category, amounting to 8 respondents (12.3%), the adequate category amounting to 28 respondents (43.1%) and the poor category totaling 29 respondents (44.6%). The results of the knowledge posttest were in the good category, 64 respondents (98.5%) amounting to 1 respondent (1.5%). The results of the pretest attitude were in the good category, 27 respondents (41.5%) amounted to 38 respondents (58.5%). The results of the posttest attitude were in the good category, 63 respondents (98.5%) were quite 2 respondents (1.5%). Conclusion: There is an influence of providing educational video media on increasing knowledge and personal attitudes about menstrual hygiene among respondents at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diniyyah Putri Pekanbaru in 2024 (p value 0.05).
