Pengaruh Terapi Air Rebusan Daun Binahong Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Hipertensi Di DesaTapung Makmur KecamatanTapung Hilir

ABSTRAK Data WHO menunjukan tahun 2015 tercatat sebanyak 1,13 Miliar orang di seluruh dunia memiliki penyakit tekanan darah tinggi. Angka penderita hipertensi mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun, dari jumlah perkiraan tahun 2025 mencapai jumlah 1,5 miliar individu memiliki penyakit tekanan darah tinggi, tiap tahun 10,44 juta manusia meninggal karena penyakit ini dan komplikasi (P2PTM Kemenkes, 2019). Data riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan angka peningkatan penyakit ini di Indonesia tergolong tinggi yaitu 34,1%, dan diketehui baru sekitar 8,8% penduduk yang mengetahui bahwa dirinya menderita hipertensi. Data yang didapatkan dari hasil prevalensi penderita hipertensi yang tidak minum obat sebesar 13,3% orang, 32,3% tidak rutin minum obat (RISKESDAS, 2018). Angka prevelensi hipertensi di Provinsi Riau masih cukup tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan angka prevelensi di Indonesia, tahun 2017 yaitu sebesar 26,2%. Sementara pada tahun 2018 presentase prevelensi tekanan darah tinggi sebesar 13,47% dan naik menjadi 15,34% pada tahun 2019.Berdasarkan profil Puskemas Tapung Hilir tahun 2019 diketahui Desa Tapung Makmur merupakan angka tertinggi terjadinya kasus hipertensi mencapai 89,60% dari total keseluruhan (Puskesmas Tapung Hilir, 2019). Tujuan peneliatian ini menurunkan hipertensi dengan terapi komplementar Air Rebusan Daun Binahong. Tanaman binahong adalah tanaman asli yang berasal dari Amerika Selatan yang dengan nama latin Anrederacordifolia (Ten) Steenis. Manfaat dari tanaman binahong sangat besar bagi dunia pengobatan,secara empiris tanaman binahong dapat menyembuhkan berbagai jenis penyakit salah satunya yaitu Hipertensi.

Based on the profile of the Tapung Hilir Health Center in 2019, it is known that Tapung Makmur Village is the highest number of hypertension cases reaching 89.60% of the total (Puskesmas Tapung Hilir, 2019). The aim of this research is to reduce hypertension with complementary therapy of Binahong Leaf Decoction Water. The binahong plant is a native plant originating from South America with the Latin name Anredera cordifolia (Ten) Steenis.
