Persepsi Ibu Yang Tidak Memberikan Asi Ekslusif Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Suka Ramai Kabupaten Kampar Riau

Menyusui merupakan suatu hal yang terbaik untuk bayi karena ASI mudah dicerna dan dapat memberikan gizi dalam jumlah yang cukup untuk kebutuhan bayi. Kurangnya pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan salah satu penyebab bayi terserang penyakit dan memiliki berat badan yang rendah. alasan sebagian besar ibu tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif adalah persepsi tentang jumlah produksi ASI yang rendah dan persepsi tentang ketidakcukupan ASI yang dialami oleh ibu menyusui menyebabkan ibu berhenti memberikan ASI dan gagal memberikan ASI eksklusif Oleh karena itu, perlunya suatu pemahaman yang mendalam terkait persepsi ibu dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi ibu pada pemberian ASI ekslusif sehingga tidak salah dalam praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Persepsi Ibu Yang Tidak Memberikan ASI Ekslusif Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Suka Ramai Kabupaten Kampar Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini mengacu kepada pedoman wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Suka Ramai Kabupaten Kampar, Riau. Responden sebanyak 6 orang. Dari hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan analisa data dengan tema Dorongan atau motivasi ibu digambarkan adanya pemahaman bahwa pemberian ASI dapat membuat pertumbuhan bayi menjadi cepat, memperkuat bayi, membuat bayi menjadi tidak mudah sakit dan mengurangi kerentanan terhadap penyakit. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dengan tema pengaruh faktor modifikasi digambarkan bahwa alasan sehingga tidak diberikannya ASI secara eksklusif dikarenakan oleh produksi ASI yang sedikit dan kondisi dimana bayi tidak mau diberikan ASI. Pemberian ASI secara eksklusif juga ditentukan oleh peran keluarga, terutama ayah atau suami.

Breastfeeding is the best thing for babies because breast milk is easily digested and can provide nutrients in sufficient quantities for the baby's needs. Lack of exclusive breastfeeding is one of the causes of babies developing diseases and having low body weight. The reason most mothers do not provide exclusive breastfeeding is the perception of low amount of milk production and the perception of insufficient milk experienced by breastfeeding mothers causes mothers to stop breastfeeding and fail to provide exclusive breastfeeding Therefore, there is a need for a deep understanding of maternal perceptions in exclusive breastfeeding and factors that influence maternal perceptions of exclusive breastfeeding so that there is no mistake in breastfeeding practices exclusive. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of mothers who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Suka Ramai Health Center, Kampar Riau Regency. This research uses qualitative methods. The research design used was qualitative descriptive. Primary data collection in this study refers to interview guidelines. This research was conducted in the working area of the Suka Ramai Health Center, Kampar Regency, Riau. There were 6 respondents. From the results obtained based on data analysis with the theme Encouragement or motivation of mothers described the understanding that breastfeeding can make the baby's growth fast, strengthen the baby, make the baby not easily sick and reduce susceptibility to disease. Based on the results of data analysis with the theme of the influence of modification factors, it is illustrated that the reason for not exclusively breastfeeding is due to little milk production and conditions where babies do not want to be breastfed. Exclusive breastfeeding is also determined by the role of the family, especially the father or husband.
