Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Terapi Komplementer Dalam Penanganan Hipertensi Di Wilayah Puskesmas Payung Sekaki

Hipertensi adalah penyebab utama kematian dini di seluruh dunia. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap pengobatan komplementer dapat ditinjau dari beberapa aspek, antara lain metode pengobatan, khasiat, dan biaya. Salah satu penanganan non farmakologis dalam mengatasi hipertensi adalah dengan terapi komplementer. Terapi komplementer, efektif diberikan minimal selama satu minggu. Selama satu minggu tersebut efek dari terapi dapat terlihat hasilnya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap terapi komplementer dalam penanganan hipertensi di wilayah puskesmas payung sekaki. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Payung Sekaki terhadap 148 responden pada bulan juni 2024. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisa dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif didapatkan sebagian besar (58,1%) 86 responden memiliki persepsi yang positif dan (41,9%) 62 responden memiliki persepsi yang negatif terhadap terapi komplementer dalam penanganan hipertensi. Rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat menghubungkan variabel lainnya dengan melihat penanganan hipertensi terhadap terapi komplementer pada penderita hipertensi.

This research was conducted at the Payung Sekaki Community Health Center with 148 respondents in June 2024. Based on the results of analysis tests using descriptive research, it was found that the majority (58.1%) 86 respondents had a positive perception and (41.9%) 62 respondents had a positive perception. negative towards complementary therapy in treating hypertension. Recommendations for future researchers to be able to relate other variables by looking at the treatment of hypertension with complementary therapies in hypertension sufferers.
