Rancangan Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Berbasis Web Di Puskesmas Tandun I Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau 2023

ABSTRAK Sistem informasi rekam medis merupakan sistem untuk mengelola data pasien dan dokumen antara lain identitas pasien, hasil pemeriksaan, pembayaran dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Adapun sistem rekam medis dan pembuatan laporan pada Puskesmas Tandun I dalam pengolahannya masih manual dan masih menggunakan media pembukuan dan memakan banyak tempat. Oleh karena itu pelayanan pasien di Puskesmas menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Dengan menggunakan website sebagai alat bantu dalam penginputan data dapat mempermudah pengolahan data rekam medis dan membuat laporan dengan cara yang lebih mudah dan efisien yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana rancangan sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan mutu dan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam aplikasi website ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Kesimpulan sistem dapat memudahkan petugas dalam bekerja, sistem efektif dapat menyimpan seluruh informasi pasien, sistem efektif dapat melakukan pendaftaran melalui jaringan internet.

ABSTRAC The medical record information system is a system for managing patient data and documents including patient identity, examination results, payments and other services that have been provided to patients. As for the medical record system and report preparation at the Tandun I Health Center, the processing is still manual and still uses bookkeeping media and takes up a lot of space. Therefore, patient care at the Health Center becomes less effective and efficient. Using the website as a tool for inputting data can facilitate the processing of medical record data and generate reports in an easier and more efficient way that can improve the quality of health services. The purpose of this study was to find out how the design of a web-based medical record information system can improve the quality and efficiency of health services. The method used in this website application uses a qualitative descriptive method. While the system development method uses the waterfall method. The conclusion is that the system can make it easier for officers to work, the system can effectively store all patient information, the system can effectively register via the internet network.
