Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe
Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Based on the result
that was conducted by researcher, it was found that 1 restaurant in Pekanbaru
exposed to Covid-19. It was then declared a person without symptoms (OTG), as
the result the restaurant was closed for 14 days and 32 employees were being
transferred to home. The research objective is to analyze hygiene management
during the Covid-19pandemic at Sari Melati Kencana Company Pekanbaru in
2021. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive research design. The
method belongs to in-depth interviews, observation methods, source methods,
document review methods. Furthermore, the subject of the research is
interviewing customers, employees and company managers. Finally, the
measurement tools of this research are data saturation and data triagulation
