Breastfeeding is a mother's duty, but a father has a significant influence on a mother's decision in the breastfeeding process. Husbands who provide positive support will increase success in breastfeeding. Failure to provide exclusive breastfeeding is caused by a lack of Breastfeeding Father (father/husband support). The success of breastfeeding is largely determined by the father's role as a breastfeeding father because the father will also determine the breast milk production reflex (let down reflex) which is greatly influenced by the mother's emotional state or feelings. The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between breastfeeding fathers and the success of exclusive breastfeeding. This research method uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach. Participants numbered 197 people. The results of data collection using a questionnaire. The conclusion was that there was a relationship between breastfeeding fathers and the success of exclusive breastfeeding.
