Abstract
Strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “CERDIK” OR “program CERDIK” AND “PTM” OR “NCDs” AND “Implementasi CERDIK” atau “Penyakit Tidak Menular”.
Background: Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) or also known as degenerative diseases cause the highest mortality in Indonesia, which shifts the death rate in infectious diseases (PM). PTM has become one of the targets in the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in Goal 3: Ensure healthy lives and well-being because it has been formally agreed upon by 193 country leaders at the UN Summit held in New York on September 25-27, 2015. One way to overcome PTM is the CERDIK program. The CERDIK program is a health program that seeks to improve health degrees, improve clean and healthy living behaviors, reduce mortality rates, and strive to monitor and early detect risk factors for non- communicable diseases. Objective: this literature review is to find out efforts to improve indicators in the CERDIK program. Method: This study uses a literature review study approach by conducting an analysis method on 2 electronic databases, namely Google Scholar and PubMed between 2021-2024. The database search used the PEO framework with a study design that met the criteria of descriptive quantitative inclusion, cross sectional, analytical descriptive, study explanatory mix method, descriptive correlational and descriptive non-hypothetical survey. The article search strategy uses the keywords "CERDIK" OR "CERDIK PROGRAM" AND "PTM" or "NCDs" AND "CERDIK Implementation" or "Non-Communicable Diseases". The articles reviewed were obtained from the results of the discussion and validation of the researcher using the PRISMA flowchart. Of the 1,173 articles identified, there are 10 articles that meet the inclusion criteria. Results: The number of articles used was 10 articles. Conclusion: From the 10 articles reviewed by the researcher, all research results stated that the CERDIK program was able to increase the indicator of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs).
