Penerapan Komunikasi Efektif Sbar Dalam Timbang Terima Keprawatan Di Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bina Kasih Pekanbaru

Timbang terima mengenai tindakan yang telah dilakukan perawat, tindakan kolaboratif yang sudah atau belum dilaksanakan serta perkembangan pasien harus dilakukan seefisien mungkin, singkat dan jelas. Informasi yang disampaikan harus akurat agar perawatan pasien dapat berlangsung dengan lancar. kegagalan dalam berkomunikasi tentu saja dapat terjadi. Hal tersebut diidentifikasi sebagai penyebab utama terjadinya sentinel atau situasi tak diharapkan yang berakibat fatal. Kejadian tidak diharapkan tersebut berpotensi merugikan pasien dengan dampak meliputi bahaya kesalahan dalam intervensi dan pengobatan. Salah satu Teknik dalam komunikasi efektif adalah Teknik komunikasi SBAR. Metode komunikasi SBAR yang terdiri dari Situation, Background, Assessment, dan Recommendation merupakan kerangka komunikasi efektif yang ditetapkan tenaga kesehatan dan berfokus terhadap pasien dalam bidang pelayanan, metode SBAR membantu perawat untuk menyusun cara berpikir, mengolah informasi, menyampaikan pesan, dan mempermudah berdiskusi. Penerapan evidance based practice nurshing (EBN) yang dilakukan kepada perawat selama 3 hari kepada 2 perawat ruangan pada saat timbang terima dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil pelaksanaan didapatkan Setelah dilakukan implementasi selama 3 hari yaiyu pada tanggal 22 hingga 24 Januari 2025. Didapatkan hasil evaluasi atau hasil akhir yaitu efektif komunikasi yang dilakukan saat timbang terima dengan menggunakan metode komunikasi efektif, yang mana perawat menyampaikan informasi dan perkembangan pasien dengan jelas dan lengkap untuk menghidari terjadinya kesalahan dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan.
