Pengaruh Hypertension Self Management Education Melalui Aplikasi Website Hypertension-ID Terhadap Pengetahuan Perawatan Diri Pasien Hipertensi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rejosari Kota Pekanbaru.

Hipertensi salah satu penyakit yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah melebihi 140/90 mmHg. Penyakit hipertensi dapat menyebabkan komplikasi berkelanjutan, untuk mengurangi resikonya dibutuhkan tingkat pengetahuan pasien dalam melaksanakan pengobatan dan perilaku manajemen hipertensi. Salah satu penatalaksaan hipertensi dengan edukasi, edukasi yang terbukti efektif pada pasien hipertensi adalah Hypertension Self Management Education (HSME) suatu proses untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pasien mengenai aplikasi perawatan diri secara mandiri dalam manajemen diri hipertensi. Salah satu bentuk HSME itu menggunakan aplikasi Hypertension-ID berbasis website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh HSME melalui Hypertension-ID terhadap pengetahuan perawatan diri pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rejosari kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 07-10 Februari 2025. Metode yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre and post test without control. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu pasien penderita hipertensi berjumlah 147 orang yang ditentukan dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner self management hipertensi dan aplikasi Hypertension-ID berbasis website. Analisis yang digunakan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistic Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan perawatan diri pada responden hipertensi dengan mean 70,69 sebelum dilakukan edukasi menjadi 99,15 setelah diberikan HSME melalui aplikasi Hypertension- ID berbasis website. Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapat nilai p value (0,001) < (0,005) sehingga H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rerata pengetahuan pada penderita hipertensi melalui aplikasi Hypertension-ID berbasis website. Penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas aplikasi website HYPERTENSION-ID dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan perawatan diri pasien hipertensi.

Hypertension is a disease characterised by an increase in blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. This study aims to determine the effect of HSME through Hypertension-ID on the self-care knowledge of hypertensive patients in the working area of Puskesmas Rejosari Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted from 07 to 10 February 2025. The method used is quantitative research using quasi- experimental design with pre and post test without control approach. The sample in this study were 147 patients with hypertension who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were the Hypertension Self-Management Questionnaire and the Hypertension-ID web-based application. Univariate and bivariate analysis with Wilcoxon signed rank test were used. The results showed that there was an increase in self-care knowledge in hypertensive respondents with a mean of 70.69 before education to 99.15 after receiving HSME through the web-based Hypertension-ID application. The Wilcoxon test results obtained a p-value (0.001) < (0.005), so H0 is rejected, which means that there is a difference in the average knowledge of hypertensive patients through the website-based Hypertension-ID application. This research can be developed to increase the effectiveness of the HYPERTENSION-ID website application in increasing the self-care knowledge of hypertensive patients.
